Mainly family, the team of Domaine La Bouysse has for philosophy the respect of the vine and the environment.

Martine Pagès

Wine grower and oenologist


Graduate in Dijon, she joins her husband in Alsace where she works during around 10 years for a laboratory of oenology. She cultivates the taste of great white wines and the passion of terroir. At the beginning of the 90's, she thinks to go back at the family estate and encourages her brother Christophe to join her.

Christophe Molinier

Wine grower, oenologist and agricultural engineer


Graduate in Bordeaux then in Montpellier, he works in Alsace and joins his sister in 1996 at the family estate.

Happier in his vineyards than in an office, he takes care of the monitoring of the vineyard and participates punctually in the tasks of the cellar. Involved in sustainable development and ecology he makes his own compost and works in accordance with the vineyard.

Hélène Pagès

Management and logistics


Eldest child of Martine, she joins the team in 2014 at the end of her studies. She's in charge of administrative part, logistics and stock management.




Célia Cazaute

Export saleswoman


Newcomer since March she is  in charge of international market and public relations.



Christine Daemers



She joins the team in 2015 and she's in charge of financial and administrative part.



Pedro and José Pereira do Souto

Wine-making employee


Father and son they join the team in 2004 and 2014 to work in the vineyard with Christophe. They work with patience and efficiency.
