Domaine La Bouysse is located in the heart of the Corbières, between Mediterranean sea and Pyrenees, near the famous Fontfroide abbey and on Boutenac terroir in St André de Roquelongue.
Fourth-generation of wine-grower family, Martine Pagès and Christophe Molinier, take over the family estate in 1996 after graduating both in oenology. They remove their production from the wine-growers' cooperative of St André de Roquelongue, launching itself into the great adventure of private cellar.
The estate spread of 40 hectare and it's composed of vine, aged from 30 to 115 years, which benefit from sandstone-sandy soil of terroir de Fontfroide and clay-limestone soil of terroir de Boutenac.
Domaine La Bouysse engaged itself, by conviction, in organic agriculture in 2010 and get "Agriculture Biologique" certification in 2013. In this way, wines are produced in quality approach and environment respect.
Martine and her brother Christophe develop with passion this family heritage and invite us to discover their universe.
